Food Manager Class and Certification Exam WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 28, 2024 St. Augustine Shrine Club 250 Brainard Dr., St. Augustine, FL 32086 1 Day In-person classroom training and exam with a Certified ServSafe Instructor/Proctor and experienced former Food Hygiene Inspector  4 hour training starting at 9:30 a.m.  1 hour lunch break  2 hours is allotted for the exam  Advance online study materials and practice exam will be emailed upon payment  Printable eCertificate and wallet card  Class, Materials, and Exam are in English o Exams are proctored immediately following the classroom training the same day and are taken by paper & pencil. Exam results and downloadable certificate are available online within 10 – 14 days.  Certification is valid for 5 years.  ServSafe is nationally recognized and Florida approved.
